Surface Design Immersion 2021

I have some really exciting news!

I’ve talked about my mentor, Bonnie Christine, and how huge of an impact her Immersion course has had on my life, quite a lot here. Well, I took the Immersion course for the first time in its inaugural year, 2018, and at that time, I had already taken a bunch of other surface design and Illustrator courses and, honestly, I wasn't sure how much more I could learn, so I agonized over it for a week and waited until the last minute to sign up. It’s a big investment and I wanted to be sure that it'd be worth it. Spoiler alert: it was, and continues to be, more than worth it.

Fast forward three years to today and I’m thrilled to say that I’m going to be a part of the Immersion 2021 support team! It's funny how things work out sometimes. :')

I’m an affiliate partner this year, too, which means that I get a commission from each enrollment through my exclusive links. I’m also offering a couple of fun bonuses for those who sign up for the Immersion course through my link!

I created a landing page that goes into more detail on the free mini course that Bonnie offers in advance of the Immersion course, the Immersion course itself, and the bonuses I’m offering this year.

I am so, so excited and honored to be a part of the Immersion team this year! Bonnie's teaching is the reason I fell in love with making patterns and decided to pursue art licensing in the first place, and it's the reason I had the courage and know-how to put my work out there and get it noticed. I fully believe that I would not be where I am today (i.e. signed to a fabric company and negotiating more licensing deals) if I hadn't stumbled across her teaching back in 2015, and eventually taken Immersion. But my success story is just one of many. You can read many more inspiring student stories right HERE. (I’m in the featured video and it genuinely gets me choked up every time I watch it, haha.)

I don’t enjoy being a sales person. I hate feeling like I’m pushy or annoying, but I do genuinely believe in this and I want people to have the same transformative experience I had, so the fact that I get to help guide and encourage students through the course this year is so meaningful to me. If you’re taking the course, give me a shout out in the comments (no pressure to sign up via my link)!

Warmly,
